The NHS Commissioning Board Authority has appointed David Stout as Managing Director of Hertfordshire Commissioning Support Unit (CSU) and Essex CSU. David is currently Deputy Chief Executive of the NHS Confederation. David will take on the role of Managing Director for both of these organisations from October 2012, and they will continue to be run as two separate CSUs.
