Is there a list of which CCGs are covered by CSUs? Otherwise announcements mean little.

      Hi Julie
Thank you for your comment. As commissioning support units (CSUs) are developing into customer-driven businesses, that are capable of being independent within a competitive marketplace, the NHS Commissioning Board does not yet hold accurate information about which CGGs are contracting with which CSUs. We will be collecting this information prior to the hosting period which commences in April 2012.

      Kind regards
      Simon

Is there any further clarity over exactly which parts of the south are covered by Central South CSU and South CSU?

          Hi Eleanor
Thank you for your comment. Local and national commissioning support services are being set up and will be designed to offer an efficient, locally-sensitive and customer-focused service to CCGs. We will be collecting information about which CCGs are contract with which CSUs, and therefore what geographical area they will cover, prior to the hosting period which commences in April 2012. You could also contact the CSU directly to obtain this information.
          Kind regards
          Simon
