This guidance is intended to support commissioners who are currently developing their 5 years strategic plans. The CCG Allocation Growth Projections 2016/17 to 2018/19 (this document is no longer available here but can be found on the National Archives website) sets out some high level planning assumptions that CCGs can use when considering how to project growth in allocations in years 3 to 5 of the planning period.
