Publications Gateway Ref No: 01597

NHS England will transfer £1,100 million from the Mandate to local authorities. £200 million of this total is the first part of the Better Care Fund, intended to help local authorities and clinical commissioning groups prepare for the implementation of the full Better Care Fund pooled budget in 2015/16. Area Teams are asked to liaise with their local authority colleagues to transfer funding for social care purposes under section 256 of the 2006 NHS Act.

Although proposals signed off by Lancashire
Health and Well-being Board, it seems that they
are on hold. What will happen next and when?

We are part of the voluntary sector, a registered charity in the heart of camden. A 4 acre space with indoor classroom and outdoor gardening area. Much of what we do here at the farm helps to reduce isolation & stress and increase sociability, physical and mental wellbeing. We would be very interested in pioneering health projects at the farm.
