Deadline looms for Expo 2016’s workshop submissions

There is only one day left to submit your bid to lead a Pop-up University workshop at the Health and Care Innovation Expo 2016.

The final deadline to register for this unique opportunity is  today Friday 17 June.

There are now only three months to go until Expo 2016 is staged over two days at Manchester Central on September 7 and 8 and a range of NHS teams and partners have been invited to submit proposals for workshop sessions. But we are still looking for more teams and individuals to bid for the remaining open sessions, so please complete the online form to submit your proposal.

The best workshops in our pop-up university are those that explore specific innovations and policy developments, and use strong interactive elements to help participants understand how they can make similar changes in their own organisations.

All workshop proposals should also clearly demonstrate how patients have been included in development. For guidance and support on submitting a top-quality workshop proposal, contact the Expo 2016 team at england.expo@nhs.net.

Capacity in the pop-up university is limited, so participants are asked to register in advance to attend individual sessions from late June. All workshop leaders will receive a resource pack to support them in publicising their sessions to their own networks.
