Since September 2015 the national Personal Health Budgets Delivery Team has been running a support programme for professionals working in clinical commissioning groups (CCGs).

The programme is aimed at helping CCGs to plan and provide personal health budgets locally, in order to meet national ambitions for expansion and to ensure more people benefit from greater choice and control over their healthcare.

The fifth and final days of the Developing a Local Offer (DLO) regional programme will be in September and bookings are now being taken for the following events.

• London (group 1) – Tuesday 13 September
• Bristol – Thursday 15 September
• Birmingham – Thursday 22 September
• Manchester – Tuesday 27 September
• Leeds  – Tuesday 4 October
• London (group 2) – Tuesday 11 October

Please note that all CCGs have previously been contacted and invited to join the programme. If you have questions about the events please contact england.phbevents@nhs.net.

Professionals who work in the NHS or local authorities can also access a range of tools and resources from Days 1-4 of the programme on the personal health budgets learning network (membership only).

A refreshed programme of support for CCGs will be made available following the conclusion of the DLO programme.
