The Information Flows paper was written to support medical governance and the Responsible Officer statutory function.

The aim of the paper is to set out common legitimate channels along which information about a doctor’s medical practice should flow, describing the information which might apply and arrangements to support its smooth flow.  The paper also provides useful toolkits and examples of good practice.
