NHS Citizen – thoughts on living the NHS values

This short film from the first NHS Citizen Assembly test event, 18 September 2014, features interviews with patients, carers, members of the public, health and care staff and members of the NHS England Board. NHS Citizen offers an opportunity for us all to think differently about how we work and challenges traditional approaches to involvement and working together to improve quality of care.

NHS values, such as everyone counts, were integral to the design and ethos of the day. The video conveys why improving the way we work together and how we role model the NHS values is so important.
