This Standard Operating Procedure describes the operating model and design requirements for safe delivery of COVID-19 vaccines in the community.

It applies to all providers who have been contracted to provide Local Vaccination Services (LVS) at designated sites. The document covers Phases 1, 2 and 3 of the COVID-19 vaccination programme.
