Session booking guidance

How to add Theatre and Pop-up University bookings to your existing registration
  1. Choose “Cancel/Amend registration” from the menu on the left-hand side of the agenda page
  2. Log into your account using your e-mail address and the password you set when you registered
  3. You will then see a summary of your booking details – scroll to the bottom of the page and click “edit registration”
  4. On the next page, choose “Click here to amend your session selection”
  5. Follow the instructions below to book your sessions
How to book sessions
  1. To filter the sessions by day or location click on the “filter” button on the top right of the agenda, and select your preferred option
  2. To learn more about a session, click on the session title
  3. To book onto a session, tick the “book this” box
  4. Once you have selected all your chosen sessions, click “proceed” at the bottom of the page. You will see the summary of your registration.
  5. Please ensure you click “complete registration” to confirm your bookings. You will then receive a confirmation email
