Important note

Completing an online booking on this website constitutes a legally binding contract.

Terms and conditions for delegates

(1) Conference delegate substitutions are possible but requests must be received in writing, at least 2 weeks prior to the event, or after this time, upon arrival at the conference registration desk.

(2) All cancellations must be made in writing by emailing exporegistrations@dodsgroup.com. If you cancel your booking less than 10 weeks prior to the event (5 and 6 September 2018) you will be charged 50% of the delegate fee. If you cancel less than 6 weeks prior to the event you will be charged the full delegate fee. This also applies to group discount bookings.

(3) Please be advised that if you register at the event you may be asked to provide credit card details or a purchase order number to gain entry.

(4) If you work for the NHS please be aware that we require a valid purchase order number for your booking.

(5) Group bookings can be made by calling our office on 0207 593 5502. Once a group booking is made the names of delegates attending in the group can be amended but the number of delegates attached to the group booking cannot. Any changes must be received in writing at least two weeks prior to the event or after this time, upon arrival at the conference registration desk.

Purchase order numbers

(6) Please note that purchase order numbers should be raised in the name of Dods Parliamentary Communications Limited (Dods). Dods are contracted by NHS England to run the Health and Care Innovation Expo 2018.

Payment

(7) Payment is required within 30 days of the date shown on the invoice. Invoices will be sent out at the end of each calendar month. In all circumstances, a VAT invoice will be sent to the contact specified during the registration process. Furthermore, if receipt of payment is made via a credit card, payment will be taken immediately and we will send a credit card receipt for your records.
