Introduction
We’re inviting you to book a free NHS spring COVID-19 vaccination appointment.
This is because:
- you are aged 75 or over (or you will turn 75 soon), or
- your NHS record suggests you may have a weakened immune system because of a health condition or treatment, or
- you live in a care home for older adults
Getting your COVID-19 vaccine this spring can reduce your risk of severe illness. It’s important you top up your protection because it fades over time and viruses change.
If you need help arranging your vaccination, you can use the NHS 119 BSL interpreter service:
Slide 1
- online at www.signvideo.co.uk/nhs119
- or use textphone 18001
Otherwise, you can book your COVID-19 vaccination using these details:
Slide 2
- use the NHS App, or
- book online at www.nhs.uk/book-covid, or
- find a COVID-19 vaccination walk-in site at www.nhs.uk/covid-walk-in
- or, ask your care home to arrange it
If you get your care at home, contact your GP surgery for a home visit.
The last date you will be able to get your vaccination is:

30 June 2026
For more information on the vaccine, go to:

You can also read more on the website about what can cause a weakened immune system. If you are still not sure, speak to your pharmacist, GP surgery or specialist before booking. We’ll need to confirm your eligibility when you attend, before you can be vaccinated.
