Background

NHS England accepted enforcement undertakings under section 106 of the Health and Social Care Act 2012 from the Licensee on 19 December 2025 (“the Undertakings”).

Due to the publication of updated undertakings, NHS England has decided to discontinue all the undertakings from December 2025 with the agreement of the Licensee.
