2. Minutes from previous meeting

3. Document review: Overarching FDP DPIA

The overarching FDP DPIA has now been active for 18 months and has required a review and update. This update has included AI functionality, an additional use case and further updates to outdated information.

General opinion of the group

The members of the group agreed to review the DPIA and provide feedback remotely.

Action

FDP IG team to recirculate with feedback incorporated at November’s meeting.

4. DSPT reports

The chair presented an in-depth report relating to 25 NHS organisations not meeting DSPT standards.

General opinion of the group

The group felt that, due to the scale of this issue, they were not equipped to decide on whether or not the organisations should continue within FDP.

The group felt strongly that there should be an NHS England view provided on how to manage DSPT non-compliance.

Decision of the group

The group did not approve the DSPT reports, due to the scale.

Action

The chair is to raise this issue to NHS England’s IG teams.

5. Any other business and close

No AOB raised.

The chair thanked members for their attendance. Meeting concluded.
