This is an example of a questionnaire tool called “Me and Epilepsy”. This tool is intended to be used as a framework to support a discussion on mental health and wellbeing with a child or young person with epilepsy. This should be supported by staff who have had relevant training in mental health and/or access to mental health consultation and advice.
