Summary/recommendation
The NHS England Board is asked to note this report on use of the NHS England seal.
1. In accordance with Section 9 of the Standing Orders, the table below sets out the detail of all documents that have been authorised and sealed with the NHS England seal between 20 March 2025 and 4 March 2026.
2. The Director General, Finance (also the NHS England Chief Financial Officer) is authorised to execute documents prior to formal sealing by NHS England. Pursuant to the provisions within the Standing Orders, the Director General, Finance has delegated authority to the Deputy Chief Financial Officers for Strategic and Operational Finance to sign on their behalf. Additionally, the Director of Capital is empowered to execute Capital Grant Agreements for Utilisation and Modernisation Fund schemes with values ranging from £144,000 to £360,000, with signing of Agreements below this value delegated to Regional Finance Directors. The designated signatories for each document are indicated below.
