Shared patient tracking list (PTL) provides a standardised, system‑wide approach to managing cross‑organisational patient transfers.
It brings waiting list information from collaborating trusts into a single, shared view.
This enables teams to identify patients suitable for transfer, co-ordinate mutual aid more effectively, and support earlier access to care.
