UPM has been created to be used by anyone who needs to refer to a patient list, becoming the single pane of glass for all of a trust’s patient tracking and waitlists, giving staff the confidence that patients are on the correct pathway and progressing as expected.
“UPM has provided us with visibility where we did not have it before.
“We are now able to see and monitor all our non-discharged patients in the trust, and we can use UPM to cohort these patients and to put them on waiting lists.
