No two days are the same in nursing – it’s one of the most dynamic and rewarding roles with the NHS.

In 2024 the inaugural Midlands Student First Destination Survey was completed. The survey results showed that 97% of respondents’ potential new employers were in the NHS, and 87% had accepted posts in the Midlands region.
