In May, Hydrate the Nation will be bringing people together to take part in a 30 day hydration challenge. To mark 75 years of the NHS, Hydrate The Nation is offering this challenge for free to all NHS staff.
Last summer Hydrate the Nation ran a pilot to assess the true benefits from being hydrated and the results showed that those who took part had more energy, less brain fog, increased alertness, better sleep and reduced stress and anxiety.
By taking part in the Challenge, NHS staff will get access to support videos, challenge cards and information around suggested amounts of water for optimal hydration. This offer has been extended for the month of June as well.
