We are seeking two outstanding clinical leaders to join us as Clinical Non‑Executive Directors at either Dartford & Gravesham NHS Trust or Kent & Medway Mental Health NHS Trust.

This is a rare opportunity to use your clinical expertise and leadership insight to influence care at scale and help shape the future for the 2.3 million people our organisations collectively serve.

Both Trusts are ambitious, values‑driven and on a clear path of transformation. Dartford & Gravesham is strengthening its acute services, improving Emergency Department performance and investing in innovative models of care for a rapidly growing population. Kent & Medway Mental Health NHS Trust continues to push boundaries in mental health care, leading the country in dementia diagnosis times, reducing violence on wards, and sustaining a reputation for compassionate, high‑quality services.

Joining either Board means joining a leadership team committed to doing things differently; we  value curiosity, thoughtful challenge and the courage to ask what could be better. We are looking for senior clinicians who can bring meaningful insight to strategic decisions, who care deeply about quality and safety, and who are driven by a belief that great care changes lives.
