Isle of Wight NHS Trust and Portsmouth Hospitals University NHS Trust are working together in an ambitious and evolving Group model, bringing together two distinct organisations with a shared purpose: to deliver excellence in care for patients and communities. We are seeking Non-Executive Directors and Associate Non-Executive Directors to help shape what comes next. These roles offer the chance to contribute at the highest level, providing independent challenge and support, shaping strategy and ensuring strong governance across a complex and evolving system. You will bring Board-level experience, sound judgement and the ability to balance quality, performance and financial sustainability, alongside a genuine commitment to improving outcomes for patients.

Whether your background is in finance, clinical leadership or people and organisational development, you will be passionate about diversity and inclusion and motivated by the opportunity to make a meaningful difference. You will understand the importance of collaboration, curiosity and support, recognising that impact at this level comes as much from how you lead as what you bring.
