Meet the network data team
Jason Gladwin, Quality Improvement Data Lead/Analyst
Jason is a Business Intelligence Analyst for the Clinical Network and also the Cancer Alliance, and his background is in HR, System Implementation, Performance, IT and data analysis and has worked in the NHS for over 11 years. His current role in the network is to ensure the information strategy and tools are kept up to date and his current projects include working with the Cancer Alliance on Cancer Toolkit, Mental Health Toolkit and many more tools and data requests within the North West Coast the region.
In his spare time, Jason likes to spend time with his family, support his favourite football and rugby teams and to read books around UFOs and conspiracy theories.
Pierce Rodway, Project Support Analyst
Pierce is a Project Support Analyst for Mental Health, Self-Harm, Depression, Dual Diagnosis & Suicide Prevention in the Northwest Coast Strategic Clinical Network. Pierce’s background is primarily in providing administrative services and implementing systems within Medicine in an Acute Trust. Pierce was also a Faculty Administrator for Health Education England. Pierce has been an employee of the NHS for almost 10 years and is currently working on projects in improving reporting system and analysis of mental health data within Lancashire & South Cumbria area.
Alex Challands, Data Analyst and Network Admin & Support Assistant
Alex joined us from his previous role with the NHS, as a Clerical Officer at the Royal Bolton Hospital within the Radiology Department. He also studied Mathematics at Loughborough University.
He is based in our Preston Office, and in his spare time, Alex likes all fathoms of sport, including both playing and coaching American Football, as well as spending invaluable time with his family.
