Gemcitabine and paclitaxel albumin combination chemotherapy is recommended to be available as a routine commissioning treatment option for locally advanced non-metastatic pancreatic cancer within the criteria set out in this document.

The policy is restricted to adults (age ≥18 years) only as there is insufficient evidence to confirm safety for children (age <18 years).
