Summary

This study aimed to observe the impact of an educational website on ADHD on parental perceptions, knowledge levels, and to obtain feedback to optimise user-experience. When participants used the website to browse information 76% agreed or strongly agreed that they had learned more about ADHD. The findings suggested that, whilst the parents included in the study only accessed the website once or twice they demonstrated increased knowledge, indicating that the website may be a useful adjunct to advice provided by clinicians.
