The request asked for the application and supporting documents that NHS Improvement received from Barking, Havering and Redbridge NHS trust in relation to its request for an interim revenue loan in October 2017.

NHS Improvement held the information requested and decided to withhold all of the information it held on the basis of sections 31, 33, 41 and 43.
