The request was for copies of papers on winter resilience preparation 2017/18 and business cases – Shaping a Healthier Future SOC programme, and Mersey Care NHS Trust MSU FBC to be considered at the private session of the meeting of the Board of NHS Improvement on 28 September 2017.

The request was also for the decision made in relation to the business case for Shaping a Healthier Future SOC programme.

NHS Improvement holds this information and has decided to withhold some of it on the basis of the exemptions in sections 36 , 41 and 43 of the Freedom of Information Act 2000.

The decision was partly upheld on the basis of the applicability of the exemptions at sections 33 and 36(2) (b)(i),(ii) and (c) of the FOI Act 2000.
