This request asked for the contact details and positions held for NHS Improvement staff. The request also asked for copies of policies and procedures relating to NHS Improvement’s contact with members of the public.
NHS Improvement held some of the requested information and decided to release some of the information it held. The information that it withheld was withheld on the basis of the application of the exemption in section 40 of the Freedom of Information Act 2000.
Upon internal review NHS Improvement upheld in part the initial decision, but released some further information which was originally withheld.
