The request asked for copies of any guidance issued by NHS Improvement to NHS trusts following publication of  Crown Commercial Services Guidance Notes (PPN 05/15 & PPN 03/16) clarifying the statutory disclosure requirements imposed by Regulation 113 (7) of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015.

NHS Improvement has not issued any guidance to trusts in furtherance to the CCS guidance.
