The request was for wide ranging and detailed information about assessments, risk registers or similar documents held by NHS Improvement regarding the impact of leaving the European Union on the NHS workforce and all related communications with a number of specified government organisations.

NHS Improvement was unable to progress the request on the basis of the exemptions in section 12 of the FOI Act.
