The requestor wanted confirmation of the original term for the appointment of the Improvement Director at Norfolk and Suffolk NHS Foundation Trust and, if this was set out in writing, the requestor wanted a copy of the document containing the information.

NHS Improvement held the information requested and released it subject to withholding certain parts of the documents on the basis of the applicability of the exemptions under sections 36, 40 and 43 of the Freedom of Information Act 2000.
