The request was for the report on our investigation into RTT at Kettering General Hospital Foundation Trust, all correspondence with the trust regarding the investigation, all background paperwork relating to the investigation and the content of the related interviews with the trust.

We released some of the requested information and withheld some of the information it holds on the basis of the exemptions in section 31 and 40 of the FOI Act.

On internal review, NHS Improvement decided to uphold the original decision.
