The request was for details of membership, the terms of reference,  minutes, papers and reports issued by the Nomination and Remuneration Committee.

NHS Improvement held some of the information requested and released some of the information held. Some of the information was withheld on the basis of the applicability of exemptions 21, 36, 40 and 41.
