The request was for the report on the progress of the National Pathology Consolidation Programme and the minutes, papers and agendas presented to the meeting of the Operational Productivity Programme Delivery Group in May 2018.

NHS Improvement held the information requested. NHS Improvement decided to withhold some of the information requested on the basis of the exemptions in sections 21, 22, 36 and 40 of the FOI Act.
