Request for information on trust level data on corporate services (such as HR, finance, legal and payroll) collected by NHS Improvement.

The requestor asks eight questions regarding the trust level data on corporate services collected by NHS Improvement.

The questions relate to total administrative cost, cost per payslip, average cost to process invoices from suppliers, cost of recruitment per vacancy per staff type, average time to recruit by staff type, how vacancies are filled, the cost of providing statutory and mandatory training and the cost of providing other types of training.

NHS Improvement held the requested information and decided to withhold the information it held on the basis of the exemption in section 22 of the Freedom of Information Act 2000.
