The request was for any information held by NHS Improvement relating to the proposed formation of a wholly owned subsidiary company by Yeovil District Hospital NHS FT.
NHS Improvement held the information requested and release some of the information it held. Some of the information was withheld on the basis of the applicability of exemptions 36, 40 and 41.
The original decision was upheld in part and overturned in part.
