On 31 August 2018, NHS Improvement issued a compliance certificate in respect of paragraph 2.4 of the trust’s undertakings (23 November 2017). The remaining undertakings were deemed to be no longer effective as a means of securing compliance with conditions equivalent to the provider licence due to the passage of time and intervening events. NHS Improvement therefore accepted further undertakings, dated 22 October 2018, which replace and supersede those accepted on 23 November 2017.
On 30 October 2019 NHS Improvement issued a discontinuation of undertakings and a compliance certificate in respect of the trust’s undertakings (22 October 2018). There is no current regulatory action in place.
