Annual report and accounts for the NHS Commissioning Board (known as NHS England). A review of performance, governance statement, and the annual accounts for the financial year 1 April 2021 to 31 March 2022.

The annual report contains information on:

• NHS England’s work this year and its achievements and challenges
• how it has performed against its priorities
• board members and governance
• financial statements for 2021 to 2022

The annual report and accounts were laid before Parliament on 26 January 2023.
