For each NHS Discharge Medicines Service provision, pharmacy contractors are required to report a standard dataset through the NHS Business Services Authority (NHSBSA) ‘Manage your Service’ (MYS) portal. Pharmacy contractors are required to submit this data monthly for payment, service evaluation and monitoring purposes. This document sets out this dataset (the data specification) to be reported to the NHSBSA for each NHS Discharge Medicines Service provision by community pharmacy contractors.
