This is published in two separate annual reports for Monitor and the NHS Trust Development Authority. Most of the information in the main narrative of the Monitor and TDA annual reports (the ‘Performance  report) reflects NHS Improvement’s integrated work to support healthcare providers. However, information specifically about the performance of NHS foundation trusts against key standards may be found in the Monitor annual report and information about NHS trusts is in the TDA annual report. As legally distinct bodies Monitor and TDA have also published separate accounts.
