Online appointments increase by 100% – Hazeldene Medical Centre, London

This case study looks at Hazeldene Medical Centre in Wembley, London, participated in the Productive General Practice (PGP) Quick Start programme, to bring all its sites together and  work more collaboratively to improve availability of appointments for patients.  Online consultations increased by 100% and the practice now has one standard approach that efficiently books appointments across sites.  The programme is part of the support available through Time for Care.
