Chester East cluster participated in the Learning in Action programme to help it reduce workload pressures on GPs and staff by redesigning current systems to make them more efficient, effective and consistent across the cluster.

Summary

The programme has delivered many benefits for the cluster including GPs seeing a 30% reduction of the incoming documents.  The programme is part of the Time for Care support available through the General Practice Forward View.
