The 2025 Workforce Disability Equality Standard (WDES) dataset is the 7th annual report with a specific focus on disabled staff, measured against 10 metrics.

This dataset:

• enables organisations to understand the challenges that exist, with the aim of encouraging improvement by learning and sharing good practice
• provides colleagues, NHS organisations and the public with a national picture of WDES in practice and developments in the workforce disability equality agenda
