Idea for Re-ACT whiteboards
As part of a campaign to involve parents and carers in communication put white boards in the cubicles with a pen and asked parents to write on them. The idea is that the plan for the days care is written on the board, parents can write questions they want to ask and young people can write requests there. It is a cheap and simple way of improving communication and involving parents.
