Local health economies may find this optimal value pathway useful during the What to Change and How to Change phases of their NHS RightCare work.

For further information about CVD indicators, variation and the size of opportunities (both in terms of clinical and financial outcomes) local health economies are encouraged to use this pathway in conjunction with the Commissioning for Value focus packs on CVD, which have been produced for every CCG area.
