GOS4 Claims

Please see GOS4 pre-authorisation briefing v0 3 which gives guidance on GOS4 claims for adult patients aged 16 years and over.  From 5th November 2018 such claims should be pre-approved by NHS BSA.  Claims for GOS4s for children under 16 should be sent to PCSE for payment in the normal way.
