- ‘Lots of lots’ – planning for large scale change.
The course is aimed at anyone in health and care who has a role to play in transformational change. Designed to suit a variety of learning styles, the course will feature multiple formats including videos, slides, practical exercises, quizzes, chances to engage with our expert faculty, and peer-to-peer discussions in the social spaces on our interactive learning platform.
Participants from our first, well received, large scale change MOOC said “Great tools and theory that I can now apply in practice to my large scale change. The format of the course is great – you can complete it in your own time but also maintain interaction, see what other participants are doing and get valuable feedback from subject matter experts”.
The course will launch on Monday 25 January 2021 and will run until Sunday 7 March 2021.
