Corporate services productivity toolkit
To help NHS providers implement their corporate services transformation and to enable the NHS to share best practice, we are developing a toolkit of ‘how to’ guides and templates.
We expect the NHS to keep delivering high-quality, good value corporate services and to do this, organisations need to change the way corporate services are delivered in order for modernisation to be attained.
All products have been developed using subject matter expertise and feedback from trusts. You can find practical tips and case studies of strategic changes that some NHS providers have already implemented, such as consolidating services, increasing automation and shared working.
We expect the executive and project teams across providers to use these products based on their local needs. We will update this guidance regularly to reflect new information.
