Working to establish a violence reduction academy to share the learning of evidence-based models of care as well as the latest research and to encourage discussion and collaboration between colleagues. The Academy should galvanize colleagues from across health and other sectors around the programme’s mission statement to reduce violence and improve wellbeing in our communities
