WP3 Collaborative Commissioning Networks (CCN)

West Midlands Clinical Networks are supporting both the Health and Justice team and Specialised Commissioning to develop and optimise opportunities for collaborative and place-based commissioning. A particular focus is working with Local Authorities, Education and children and young people themselves to develop the best possible services for the West Midlands.

The Health and Justice team have asked CCG Commissioners to submit plans for Heatlth and Justice spending in their local area and the clinical network hosted a forum at which LTP Leads and Commissioners were enouraged to bring their initial plans, along with their concerns and questions, so that they could be shared and discussed.
